In a partnership with The Vineyard Hotel Group LLC, JCI Contractors, and Emerald Hospitality, a new Hampton by Hilton was constructed on routes 528 and 90 in Madison, Ohio.
Located in the heart of Ohio’s wine country, the new hotel is 4-stories and has 82 guest rooms.
Marking the original center of Mentor, the old village hall was built in 1882 in the Queen Anne style. The City of Mentor discontinued the use of the property in 1976
and the building was recently converted into the accounting offices of NMS Certified Accountants.
The 6-story, 55,000 SF historical hotel building was originally built in 1919 & underwent extensive exterior and interior
renovations to house the buildings new tenant, Signature Health, Inc.
RENEW led the way for the construction of a brand-new, 14,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art operations and ser-vice center for AQUA Ohio. Included are executive & administrative offices, conference room,
locker rooms, and a large warehouse and garage.
Listed on the register of Historic Places in 2008, this building was home to the Chardon post office from 1940-1986. The post office is an example of the Colonial Revival style common in the 1930’s and 1940’s.
Renew, through its affiliate Carlisle-Allen LLC, acquired the property from The Ashtabula County Land Reutilization Corporation and worked closely with County and City officials to successfully close on the long-abandoned property.
Renew along with Blue Ocean and JCI Contractors are going to develop and construction an 89-suite Towneplace Suites on the site of the SPIRE Institute and Academy.
Renew is partnering up with Sabor Group USA for the restoration of the Agora, one of Cleveland's most iconic and historic buildings.
