Renew Partners LLC

Renew Partners LLC is a development & management company focused on the development and adaptive reuse of historic buildings throughout Ashtabula, Lake, and Geauga Counties. We have extensive experience with complex capital stacks and tax credits. The firm is led by Charles A. (Chuck) Borsukoff and Shawn Neece. Our portfolio includes marquee historic buildings, industrial buildings, and commercial buildings. Notable projects completed include a 4-story, 82-room Hampton Inn, The Historic Hotel Ashtabula, The Historic Mentor Village Hall, The Historic Chardon Post Office, AQUA OHIO Operations Center, Kids College Daycare Center (Ashtabula, Ohio), and a manufacturing facility near Chardon, Ohio. The group also has several projects under development including the former Carlisle-Allen Department Store & Masonic Temple Complex (Ashtabula, Ohio) the Castle Block (Ashtabula, Ohio), and Victoria Place (Painesville, Ohio).
Shawn Neece
Shawn Neece is a founding member of Renew Partners LLC. Shawn participates in the executive development and operations teams for all Renew’s projects and properties. He was also the founder and managing partner for NMS, a CPA, consulting, and wealth management firm. In that role, he worked closely with NMS’ real estate industries clients, with a focus on complex capital stacks and tax credits. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Cleveland State University, a Master of Accountancy degree from Kent State University, and is a CPA in both Ohio and Florida. He is a member of the AIPCA, Heritage Ohio, Geauga Growth Partnership, and other local and national associations. He also serves on various local boards and is an adjunct professor in the school of business at Lake Erie College.
Charles A. Borsukoff
Charles A. Borsukoff is a founding member of Renew Partners LLC and is also the Chairman of JCI Contractors, Inc., an award-winning commercial building firm in northeast Ohio. Charles has nearly 50 years of construction experience and has been involved with the completion of thousands of projects throughout his career. He understands the complexities that are involved with any project, large or small. His experience and knowledge make him an expert in the industry. He offers successful solutions to some of the most difficult issues that can arise during a construction project.
Warren Vickers
Warren Vickers is a Partner at Renew Partners LLC and is responsible for all aspects of development, including financial feasibility and deal structuring. He collaborates with debt, equity and gap financing institutions to provide multiple layers of financing for the company’s projects. He also works to secure Historic and New Market Tax Credits for Renew Partners affordable housing residential developments. Warren has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Cleveland State University.
Charlie Borsukoff
Charlie Borsukoff is a Partner at Renew and a member of Renew’s construction team. He is involved with scheduling, coordination, and the construction and management of Renew’s development projects. Charlie is also the President of JCI Contractors, Inc., an award-winning commercial building firm in northeast Ohio.
Charlie holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from Baldwin-Wallace University and a Master's of Business Administration from Cleveland State University. He also holds the LEED Green Associate credential from the USGBC. Charlie is a member of the American Hotel and Lodging Association, International Council of Shopping Centers, Design-Build Institute of America, and other local and national associations.
Stanley Glasky
Stanley Glasky is partner at Renew and a member of Renew’s construction team. He is heavily involved with the preconstruction, cost estimating and construction phases of all Renew’s projects. Stanley is also the Vice-President of Project Management for JCI Contractors, Inc., an award-winning commercial building firm in northeast Ohio. He has nearly two decades of construction experience with a strong concentration on commercial projects. Stanley has overseen the successful completion of numerous building projects. Stanley is involved with several boards and associations including the Civic Development Corporation in Ashtabula.
