The Tower

Renew is redeveloping the former Lake National Bank Building in Painesville, Ohio into student housing for Lake Erie College, now officially named The Tower.

The Eastern portion of the building was constructed in 1957, with the additional Western Tower constructed in 1965. The building will house 172 Lake Erie College Students starting in August of 2024. There will be a restaurant space open to the public, TBD. The first floor will have a common area for the students to associate with friends, a business center for private study. A fitness center will be on the second floor overlooking the square.
