RENEW led the way for the construction of a brand-new,14,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art operations and service center for AQUA Ohio. Included are executive & administrative offices, conference room,
locker rooms, and a large warehouse and garage.
This project is located on a two and a half-acre lot in the Ashtabula Industrial Park.
AQUA America is one of the largest water utilities in the United States. It’s subsidiary, AQUA Ohio, provides water services to approximately 500,000 residents in 17 counties across the state of Ohio.

Scope of work included:
• Land clearing and site work
• Erection of a 10,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered steel building
• 4,000 sq. ft. Office: Concrete and masonry, rough framing, roof system with metal, insulation, drywall installation, paint & stain, custom millwork, door & hardware installation, carpet, VCT & ceramic tile installation
• Complete plumbing, HVAC, & Electrical systems
